Privacy Policy

Hampton Roads Live collects only an anonymous device identifier (a random UUID generated on your device). This identifier is used solely to save your personal event schedule and is not linked to your name, email, phone number, or any other personal information.

• No names, email addresses, or phone numbers
• No location data or GPS coordinates
• No browsing history or tracking cookies
• No advertising identifiers
• No analytics that can identify individual users

Your anonymous device ID is used only to store and retrieve your saved event schedule. When you add an event to “My Schedule,” we associate it with your device ID so you can see it later.

Schedule data is stored in a Supabase database (hosted on AWS in the US East region). The database uses Row Level Security to ensure that each device can only modify its own schedule entries.

• You can delete any saved event from your schedule at any time
• Clearing your browser data or uninstalling the app removes your device ID, effectively deleting your association with any saved data
• We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party

All event information displayed in the app is collected from publicly available sources (venue websites, Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, PredictHQ). We do not create or fabricate event listings.
